All the songs in this album were composed by Ado. Ado sings about love the love of God for his people and the love between people. Ado give the title Extreme Joy, because of the energy all the musicians had recording (live) this album.

Adolfo composed all of these songs. He recorded this album in Paris/France with the participation of big names in the African and Congolese Music, such as Nene Tchakou, Shimita, T-Jean, Luvengoka Djou Djou Tche and Ngouma Lokito on bass.

This album is a new experience, instead of SOUKOUS Music, Ado's genre or type of Music, He composed in the new Rhythm, World Beat and the Album contains many songs in English .
